Get the offer. Get the visa. Get there.
New Latitude places students into universities and colleges across six countries — and stays with them through the visa decision, the flight, and the first month on the ground.
Free 45-minute assessment. No obligation, and no fee to students at partner institutions.
Indicative only. Intake dates and closing points differ by institution — your counsellor confirms both before you apply.
Everything between deciding and landing.
Six things have to go right for a student to end up in the right classroom. We do all six, with one counsellor accountable for the whole file.
Course and institution shortlisting
We match your grades, budget and career plan against real entry requirements, then give you a shortlist you can defend in a visa interview.
What is includedApplications and offer management
One counsellor lodges every application, chases every institution and explains every condition on the offer letter before you accept anything.
What is includedGS and SOP statements
Your statement is the part of the file a case officer actually reads. We build it from your own history — interviewed, drafted and revised with you, never generated and never recycled.
What is includedStudent visa lodgement
Document checklists, financial evidence, health cover and the lodgement itself — prepared in the order the department expects to see it.
What is includedScholarships and fee planning
Most students miss money they were eligible for. We check every scholarship attached to your shortlist and map what you actually pay, term by term.
What is includedArrival and settling in
The month after you land decides how the first year goes. We book the basics and stay reachable once you are on the ground.
What is includedSix countries we know well enough to be honest about.
We do not represent every institution in the world, and we would rather tell you a country is wrong for your budget than sell you into it.

How a placement runs.
From first call to first semester, typically nine to twelve months. Every stage has a named owner and a date.
Start at stage oneFree assessment
You tell us your grades, budget and where you want to go. We tell you honestly whether it works, and what would have to change if it does not.
Shortlist and course match
We build a shortlist of institutions you can actually get into and afford, with a fallback option at every level.
Applications and offers
We lodge, chase and track. You get a single point of contact, not a call centre.
Statements and documents
We interview you properly and build your GS or SOP from your own history, then assemble the evidence that backs it.
Visa lodgement
Financial evidence reviewed, health cover arranged, file lodged in the order the department expects.
Pre-departure and arrival
Briefing, accommodation, pickup and a check-in call once you have started.
Students, in their words.
We ask every student for a line once they have finished their first semester — not on the day the visa lands.
They told me my first shortlist was unrealistic and rebuilt it. I was annoyed for about a day. Then I got the offer.
The statement interview took two hours and covered things I had never thought to mention. Reading the final draft, it actually sounded like me.
My first application was refused when I did it alone. New Latitude went through the refusal line by line before touching the new file.

Questions we get every week.
If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer within one business day.
Ask a questionFor most institutions in our partner network, no. We are paid a commission by the institution when you enrol, which is the standard model across the industry. That fee does not change your tuition — you pay the same either way.
A small number of services sit outside that: applications to institutions we do not represent, and standalone statement writing for a file we are not otherwise handling. Those are quoted in writing before any work starts, and you will never receive an invoice you did not agree to first.
Several countries now ask applicants to answer set questions about why they have chosen this course, this institution and this country, and what they intend to do afterwards. Australia calls this the Genuine Student requirement. It replaced the older Genuine Temporary Entrant test in 2024.
It applies to essentially every student visa applicant. The answers have to be yours, they have to be consistent with the rest of your file, and a case officer will notice if they are not.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says otherwise. Visa decisions are made by government case officers against criteria that change. What we can do is make sure your file is complete, internally consistent and lodged with the evidence a decision-maker expects to see — which is where most refusals actually come from.
Not automatically. A gap that you can account for — employment, family responsibility, a business, further training — is far less of an issue than a gap you cannot explain. Bring your employment evidence to the assessment and we will tell you how it reads.
